Your Compliance module is designed to store all of your Safety and Compliance information. Your Compliance module is available both at the Company and the Project level, allowing you to create Project-specific Safety Logs and Records, or for the whole Company. Your Compliance modules contain two tabs. One for tracking Safety Logs and the other for Records.

To add the Compliance Module and Records to your system, please reach out to your CSM.

Safety Logs

Safety Logs are logs of all your Safety activity. This can range from Safety Observations and Inspections to Incidents and Near Misses. It allows you to keep track of any activity related to Safety or Compliance.

The system includes the following default types of Safety Logs

Default Safety Log Types:

  • Emergency Drill

  • Equipment Safety Check

  • Hazard Observation

  • Incident

  • Near Miss

  • Safety Inspection

  • Safety Observation

Within each Safety Log Type are a set of Attributes. Attributes are information gatherers that pertain to the Safety Log. Both Safety Log Types and Attributes are fully customizable and not only can you edit the ones included in your account, but also create your own. This can be done within your Company Settings.

Powerful filters allow you to quickly and easily locate the Safety Logs you need with pinpoint accuracy.

Records

Records are your Equipment, Compliance, and Health & Safety records that require some sort of action. These can include Certifications and Trainings, as well as Permits and Vendor Agreements, etc. Each Record includes its own workflow, where you can assign it to your team to Renew, Resolve, or Approve the Record, allowing you to stay on top of everything.

The system includes a default selection of Record types that fall into three different Categories

  • Compliance

    • Orientation

    • Training

    • Certification

    • Permit

    • Vendor Agreement

    • Vendor Insurance / Liability

  • Health & Safety

    • Medical Clearance

    • Safety Acknowledgement

    • Corrective Action

  • Equipment

    • Equipment Record

    • Rental Agreement

Within each Record type are Attributes which are data points, designed to gather information related to the type of Record. While the system supplies default Record Types and Attributes, you can still add your own, making your Records completely customizable to your Company needs. This can be done within your Company Settings

Advanced Filters allow you to locate the exact Record you need, using multiple criteria, including Attributes. This is super helpful when you have a large volume of Records.
