Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access Punch Items and Lists. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.

In order to create Cost Code Groups, users will need Create permissions for Settings

You can create cost code groups from company settings which allows you to group costs together and easily add them to your project. Navigate to your company settings and select the desired cost codes. Once selected, click on "Actions" to reveal a drop-down menu, and then choose "Create Group with Selected".

After creating a cost code group, you can access the list of cost codes under the "Groups" tab. From there, you can also remove a cost code if you don't want it to be part of that particular group.

You may also quickly import a set or group of cost codes into your project by going to the Import/Export Data tab in company settings. We advise using the sample CSV file that SiteMax has provided to ensure a smooth import process.
