Permissions
Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.
In order to upload drawings and use the OCR feature, users will need Create permissions for Drawings
Our system uses "Optical Character Recognition" to automatically number drawings. You will need to highlight the area containing the page number or title,
and our system will pick it up.
After uploading the files, click on the "Actions" menu and select "Scan number/titles all".
Select a file and add an area for our system to read.
3. Highlight an area where the page number is present. If this area changes through different drawings you may get an error. But you can add the number manually afterwards
