Siteflow Logs are an excellent tool for monitoring your subcontractor activity as they engage with SiteMax onsite. Using Siteflow Logs, you can easily track your subcontractors as they review information, open the Flow, upload documents, complete reports, and view and add attachments.

Accessing Siteflow Logs

To access the Siteflow Logs start by navigating to the Project Dashboard. You will see the list of active Siteflows for that project under the Notice Board.

Simply click on the Siteflow name to view the QR Log/Events. These will show as filtered for that specific Siteflow and project.

Click into Filters to find logs for specific Event Types, User/Contact, and Dates.

Export logs

Export your Siteflow logs to share internally or with your Subs. Once in the QR Log/Events tab, simply click on the Actions button.

Note: Use the Filters to customize your logs by Siteflow, Type (event), Project, User and Date range

Choose between a CSV or PDF export. This will provide a detailed log of all subcontractor activity, including timestamps and descriptions of each action taken.

One of the key benefits of Siteflow Logs is the ability to track when and how your subcontractors are creating and uploading attachments. This can be particularly useful for tracking document submissions and ensuring that any necessary attachments are being included in your subs' reports. Additionally, the Siteflow Logs allow you to monitor your subcontractors' progress daily and in real-time!
