Assigning Equipment to Projects

This article will guide you on how to assign equipment to a project.

Whether you're handling a single piece of equipment or multiple pieces of equipment, SiteMax Systems provides an intuitive solution. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to effortlessly assign equipment to your projects.

Accessing the Equipment Module

  • From the company dashboard, locate the Equipment Module. There are two ways of assigning equipment to projects and these are:

1. Moving a Single Equipment

  • Click on the specific equipment you want to assign to a project.

  • A pop-up called "Equipment Detail" will appear.

  • In the "Location" section, choose "Project."

  • A dropdown menu with your projects will appear below. Select the project where you want the equipment to be moved.

  • Hit the "Save" button, and you're done!

2. Moving Multiple Equipments

  • In the "Main List" tab, select the checkboxes next to the equipment you want to move to a project.

  • After selecting, click on "Actions."

  • A dropdown menu will appear; choose "Move."

  • The "Move Tools" pop-up will appear.

  • Set the location to "Project" and choose the desired project from the dropdown.

  • Click the "Move" button, and voila!

Note:

  • Regardless of the method you choose, the equipment will still be visible in the Company Equipment.

  • You can find it in the equipment module of the specific project to which you've assigned the equipment.
