Help! I just created a new form in Form Builder but when I hit "Save & Close" I can't see it in my list of forms, where is it?!
Answer:
Don't worry, you haven't lost it, it just hasn't been assigned a context yet!
Our Form Builder page is set up to view only the forms that have been assigned a context, or location (ie; Site Reports, Safety Reports, etc) This helps to keep only your Active forms in view.
To solve this, click into the search bar at the top of the page and select "Hidden Reports" to bring up any forms that have not been assigned a context. This will include your newly-built template.
You can now find your new form template and assign it show in your Site, Safety, Company, and/or Equipment Reports.
