Ensure that your most used filters and columns are available when you need them by saving them with My Views.
Important note; Filters and Columns adjustments will last for the lifetime of your page. This means if you exit and re-enter a page, your filters/columns will automatically reset. This also applies to refreshing your page.
Saving your Filters/Columns with My Views prevents the loss of these adjustments when moving throughout the system.

Anywhere there's a table with filters, you can find My Views.
Select the filters you want for your table.
Under My Views select "+ Save Current View"
You will be asked to give your new View a name
Click "OK" and your View will be saved
Hot Tip: Be sure to select your New View to ensure it will remain onscreen as you navigate your system. You should see the View title in the window as shown below:
Your View will remain onscreen until you "Reset View" is clicked.

Anywhere there is a table with a Columns Settings feature, you can use My Views
Click on the Columns Settings (gear) icon
Make whatever adjustments you like for your columns (ie; order rearrangement, adding/removing columns)
Under My Views, select "+ Save Current View"
Give your new View a name
Click "OK" and your view will be saved

Note; You can always save your Filters and Columns in one View. Just set your filters and columns the way you want and select "+ Save Current View" under My Views

You may already have a saved View that you need to update. Perhaps you want to filter it further or you want to add/remove some columns for it. You can always update your View to include additions.
Open your Saved View
Make the adjustments you need (add your filters, set your columns, etc.)
Under your View, select "Update Current View"
Your updated view will be saved.

Under My Views, hover your mouse over the saved View you want to rename, click the pencil icon.
Enter your new name
Click "OK" to save your changes
Deleting Views
Under My Views, hover your mouse over the saved View you want to delete, click the trash icon.
Click "OK" to confirm deletion
