Permissions

Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project materials. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.

In order to Add Users or Teams to Projects, users will need Edit permissions for Projects


Adding Users or Teams to Projects

The Team Tab is where you can manage and organize the individuals involved in the project.

You may assign team leads to your projects for effective project management and delegation of responsibilities. Here's a guide on how to choose team leads in SiteMax:

  1. Navigate to the project for which you want to choose team leads and click on the "People" module.

  2. Select the "Team" tab

  3. To choose or change a team lead, focus on the thumbnail images located at the top left corner of the team tab. Each thumbnail represents a team member.

  4. Once you click on it, a pop-up page will appear. Fill in or update the information, such as "Title" and "Assign User"

  5. "Save" your changes.

Dispatch Expiration Date

When working with the Dispatch Scheduler you will be able to see the expiration date given to your team members.

The Expiration Date serves as a signifier for dispatch users of the appointment’s end date. The Expiration Date is set 5 days after the last day of the appointment. When this date arrives, the user will be automatically removed from the project.

If you wish to retain an assigned user on the project beyond the expiration date, simply click on the three-dot button and select Remove Expiration Date. This will keep the user in the project indefinitely
