Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.

In order to export RFIs, users will need View permissions in both RFIs and Projects

Exporting RFIs can be useful for creating reports, analyzing data, or sharing information. Follow these easy steps:

  1. Organize and isolate the RFIs required for download or export using the Filters option.

  2. Use filters like Status, Assignee, Ball in Court, Created By, and Initiated By to narrow down the results.

  3. Click "Apply" to apply the filters.

  4. Apply filters to isolate the desired RFIs for download or export. Select the desired reports.

  5. Click on Actions and choose to export as a Zip, PDF, XLS, or CSV file.

Note: Once an RFI is closed, only the final response will be displayed, and previous responses will not be included in the PDF. Any subsequent responses after the RFI is closed will not be recorded in SiteMax, and no notification will be sent.
