Permissions

Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.

As assignees are contacts and do not have access to the SiteMax system, no permissions are necessary to respond to RFIs

This guide will walk you through the process of responding to an RFI (Request for Information) from SiteMax, enabling efficient communication and collaboration within your projects.

Upon submitting the RFI, it will send an email to assignees, where responses can be made.

Depending on the RFI assignee and who the RFI is initiated by, either a User or a Contact can be assigned an RFI.

Reply Directly from Email Inbox

Assignees will be able to reply to RFIs directly from their inbox.

Your response will be recorded and associated directly with the corresponding RFI, ensuring a clear and organized communication trail.
