Locations and Sub Locations can be added to a Project in its Punch List, RFIs, Change Orders and Potential Change Orders.
Creating Project Location/Sub Location
In either Punch List, RFIs, Change Orders and Potential Change Orders, you can add a Location/Sub Location for these entries. To do this, navigate to any of these modules and click the +Add button in the upper left corner.
When you find the Location/Sub Location dropdown field, you can create a new location option by clicking on the (+) button.
The Manage Locations page will appear and you will see your list of project-specific locations. To add a new Location, click the +Add Location button and then hit Save.
To add a Sub Location, click the dropdown button of your desired location and click +Add Sub Location. Simply type the sub location's name and click Save when finished.
Editing Location/Sub Location
To rename a Location or Sub Location, click the Edit button on the right-hand side of the location's name and click into the location's Name. Once edited, hit the Save button.
To delete a Location or Sub Location, click the Edit button on the right-hand side of the location's name and click on the Delete button. Continue by confirming the deletion.
