Dashboard > Select a Project > Drawings

You have the flexibility to customize the order in which your drawings are displayed. This guide will walk you through the process of customizing the order of your drawings in SiteMax.

How do I customize the order of my drawings?

Begin by selecting a project and clicking the "Drawings" module from the sidebar menu.

Once your drawings have been uploaded to SiteMax, you can choose between two viewing options:

1. List View

  • The List View displays your drawings in a list format, providing a comprehensive overview of your drawings.

  • This view allows you to see additional details such as :

    1. Numerical and Alphabetical Sorting:

      • SiteMax supports both numerical and alphabetical sorting of drawing numbers.

      • For example, drawings will be sorted in the order of 1, 2, 4, 1A, 2B, 1.1, A1.1, and so on.

    2. Header Sorting Functions:

      • SiteMax provides header sorting functions that allow you to sort your drawings based on different criteria, including:

        • Total RFI: Sort drawings based on the number of associated RFIs.

        • Tag: Sort drawings by assigned tags for easy categorization.

        • Task: Sort drawings according to associated tasks.

        • Starred Drawings: Sort drawings that you have marked as "starred" for quick access and prioritization.

2. Grid View

  • The Grid View presents your drawings in a grid format, making it easier to visualize and navigate through multiple drawings simultaneously.

  • Each drawing is represented by a thumbnail image, and below it are icons that represent the mark-ups available for that drawing with a corresponding number/s enabling quick identification.
