How can I export drawings?

Begin by selecting a project and clicking the "Drawings" module from the sidebar menu.

1. Selecting Drawings for Export

  • Review the list of drawings and identify the ones you want to export.

  • You can select multiple drawings by checking the boxes next to their numbers or choose individual drawings.

2. Initiating the Export

  • Once you have selected the desired drawings, click on the "Export Drawings" option from the Actions menu.

  • A pop up will appear where you can customize the PDF you will be sharing

3. Exporting Drawings

  • SiteMax offers three methods for exporting drawings:

    • Downloading

      • To download a drawing individually, locate the download button associated with each drawing and click on it.

      • The drawing will be saved to your device's default download location.

    • Using URLs

      • Locate the drawing you wish to export and copy the provided URL associated with it. (This URL can be shared with others, allowing them to access the drawing directly)

    • Exporting via Email

      • If you wish to share 3 or more drawings with your team, you can email them the links directly

        • Select the drawings you want to export

        • Click on the "Actions" dropdown and select "Export Drawings"

        • Select the Contacts to whom you want to email your drawings

Note: It is recommended to keep your drawings organized in folders. By organizing your drawings, you can easily locate and export the desired files when needed.
