Generate reports on deficient or punch items using the Punch List Filters. This feature allows you to isolate specific punch items and create comprehensive reports to track and manage the resolution process effectively. Follow the steps below to generate and deliver punch list reports:

Begin by selecting a project and clicking the "Punch List" module from the sidebar menu.

  1. Apply Punch List Filters: Apply the necessary filters to isolate the punch items you want to include in the report

  2. Depending on your requirements, select whether you want to include or exclude photos, cover page, table of contents, and resolution associated with the punch items in the report. This option allows you to customize the level of detail in the generated report.

  3. Once you have applied the filters and specified your preferred inclusions, click on the Actions menu to bring up the dropdown menu - Choose "Reports"

  4. Click the "Generate" button to generate the report. The system will compile all the relevant punch items and create a log entry for the generated report.

  5. After the report generation process is complete, you will see a pdf link. Click on this link to view the generated report in PDF format.

  6. If you need to share the punch list report with others, use the "Send" button.

  7. Once you've sent off your report, if need to manage a Sign off on your Punch List Report, select "Manage Sign-Off"
