Navigating Form Builder to create custom templates for Company reports. Creating forms. Adding, editing, and deleting form components.

Dashboard > Settings > Modules > Forms > Create a Form


Permissions

Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.

In order to create a Form Builder template, users will need Edit permissions for Settings


With the Form Builder's Input, Output, and Layout Components, you can generate digital custom forms and reports, eliminating the need for paper-based documentation.


Adding Form Components

Adding Form Components is made easy with the Form Builder's drag-and-drop capabilities.

Customize your form by adding the necessary components for the specific information you want to capture.

Editing, Duplicating, and Deleting Form Components

To edit, copy, or delete the component, hover the cursor over the component. Click the edit or click on the component to rename components or to change functionality.

To duplicate component values, click on the duplicate icon.

Delete components by clicking the Trash icon.


Preview Form

When the custom form has been created, use the buttons along the top to review the Mobile, Tablet, and Browser versions of the input form. Click PDF to preview the form as an exported PDF.

Once you have reviewed the form and are done editing, Save and Close the form by clicking the button.

Tip: Save the form while in the process of creating it to ensure nothing gets deleted.
