Your Safety Reports are some of your most important documents. You want to ensure your workers are filling them out as necessary and that they are then going out to the right people. Here are some of the great features you can use to keep your forms compliant.

Form QR Workflows

Make sure everyone can access safety resources and forms. Use QR codes to allow anyone on-site access to Site and Safety forms in SiteMax.

Print this page from any existing form and post it on the job site.

When onsite, all workers need to do is scan the QR code with their mobile devices.

Distribution for Forms

Ensure everyone on your team is informed when a form is created, submitted, assigned, or distributed.

Keep all necessary parties updated by automating email distribution for submitted forms.

Choose your distribution list from a static email list, base it off specific titles within your project, or by choosing your project's Site or Safety contact.

Set your preference for the distribution (ie; including the PDF in the email), and your chosen subject line. All of these settings will be put into place the next time someone submits their form.

Use the push notifications feature to enable automatic mobile notifications for users.

Settings can be configured at the Company or Project level.

Form Statuses

Gain real-time visibility over all forms created for each project and easily track forms that are completed, pending review, missing, and approved.

Use Status to create or receive automatic updates on your Site, Safety, Company, and Equipment forms.

With Statuses, users can either have static status options (preset status options) or configure their form settings to apply automatic statuses (form fields) to any form.

PDF Form Sign Off

Sometimes there are forms that contain documents that need reviewing. You can have your team review the documents and sign off on the form without needing to open it. With PDF Sign Off, users simply access the form's PDF and add their signature

When enabled, the PDF Form Sign Off feature allows you to sign off on a form within the PDF viewer.

Use this safety feature to capture signatures on PDF forms easily.

You can keep track of how many signatures have been added to the PDF in the Sign-Off column
