Introducing Digital Signatures for SiteMax Forms
One of the most requested features from our construction partners is finally here! We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Digital Signatures for SiteMax Forms, making it easier than ever to collect secure and verified signatures from third parties.
With Digital Signatures, you can streamline your approval workflows by sending documents for signature and receiving binding electronic approvals remotely and securely.
What Can Digital Signatures Do for You?
Email PDF Forms for Signatures
No SiteMax account? No problem. Anyone can sign a PDF form sent through SiteMax, making it convenient for all parties involved.
The recipient will receive an email containing a link that provides direct access to the signature interface. The single-use link can only be accessed to sign the document once. It will become invalid after the document is signed or if the document manager invalidates the signature request.
Need one signature or multiple? You can send documents for up to 4 signatures at a time.
Send forms for Digital Signatures directly from the mobile app! Track the status of signatures in real time and get notified as soon as the document is signed.
Real-Time Updates & Notifications
Stay informed with push and in-app notifications as soon as your document has been signed.
Get notified instantly on your phone or through the web app as soon as the recipient signs the document.
Automatically Send Signed Document
After signing, recipients will automatically receive the finalized document via email, allowing them to download and retain a copy for their records.
Authentication Certified by SiteMax
Only the individuals invited to sign are authorized to complete the process, ensuring that all signatures are secure and valid. Signatures remain valid until they are actively revoked or invalidated, safeguarding against misuse of documentation.
Each document is secured with a unique token, creating a digital fingerprint that authenticates both the sender and recipient. When a form is sent out for Digital Signatures, it is automatically locked, preventing any tampering while it is awaiting signatures.
If changes to the form are required, an option to Invalidate Signatures is available. This action removes and invalidates all existing signatures, allowing updates to be made. Once the updates are completed, the form can be resent to recipients for signing, ensuring the integrity of the data and protecting against tampering after signatures have been applied.
Signature History
Track the exact time a signature was added to the Form History, ensuring full transparency and data security.
