Send and request unique identifiers and verify the identity of the signee and proof of acceptance when signing off on forms

Permissions

Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.

In order to enable Digital Signatures, users will need Edit permissions for Settings


Streamline your report workflows with Digital Signatures. Digital Signatures allow you to send forms to third parties and receive verified signatures—making contract management simpler than ever.

To enable Digital Signatures, go your Company Settings. Under "Forms" in the Modules tab. Once there, scroll down to "Form Options" and check the "Enable digital signatures" box.

You can choose up to 4 digital signatures.

To request a sign off with a Digital Signature, open the PDF of the form for which you need a sign off.

The PDF view of the form will come up and you can then send the form to the users whose digital signatures you require.

Here, you can select the users or contacts for whom you wish to receive a sign off.

Add a Subject line and any message you wish to include in the Body, and select "Send to Selected"

Your recipients will receive an email letting them know their signature is required.


Note: Once signed by all signees, the document cannot be sent for more signatures.
