Including photos with your projects is a great way of providing a visual representation of where you are on a job. You can add photos to your projects two ways:

Adding Photos Directly into the Day View

You can add your photos right into the Day View of your project easily with the Day View actions.

  1. Select the project you want to add your photos to

  2. Hover your mouse over the Photos action so the "+" sign will appear

  3. Click on the "+" sign

  4. Click "Browse" to select photos from your computer's drive

  5. Click "Upload" to add photos

Upload from Photos Module

Adding photos through the Photos module allows you to arrange your photos into collections for easier management.

  1. After opening your selected project, click on the Photos module

  2. In the Photos module, select "+ Add Photos"

  3. From here, if you wish, you can choose a Collection to which you can add your photos.

  4. Once you've selected your Collection, you will have the option to browse your computer drive or select from existing photos within that collection

Add Collection

You can add a new photo collection to your project by toggling your "Collections View" on and then selecting "+ Add Collection"

You can always add photos to collections after uploading by selecting your Actions dropdown.

  1. To start, under Actions choose "Select" to select your photos.

  2. Select the photos you want to add and under your Actions dropdown, select "Add to Collection"
