Permissions
Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.
In order to add Photos directly to your Project's Day View/Module, users will need Create permissions for Photos
In order to add Photos via Forms, users will need Create or Edit permissions for the appropriate form
Please note: Before you can add photos to your projects, you will need to grant permission to SiteMax to access your device's photos library and camera.
Be sure to check your phone's Settings to confirm access is granted.
As with many of our modules, there are a couple of ways you can add photos on SiteMax. Full Users with greater access to the app can add photos directly to the photos module, while Lite Users and Collaborators can add photos via Site/Safety Reports.
Adding photos to projects
Tap the + Add button in the project toolbar.
Choose Photos then proceed to select from the options of Add from Device Library or Take Photo(s) from your camera.
Photo(s) will publish to both the project's Day View and the Photos module. Click into a photo to view/edit descriptions and comments.
Adding Photos to Forms
Tap the + Add button in the project toolbar.
Click on either Site or Safety Reports and select the report
Click on "Add Photos" in the form, and select from your options
Note: Be sure to check "Yes" to "Add Photos to Photo Module" when building your form template if you want the photos added to forms to also be added to your project's Photo Module
