When creating your Submittal workflow, you now have the option of adding multiple Reviewers and/or Approvers (Parallel Review Groups) to the same workflow step. This eliminates the wait for one person to complete their step before it moves onto the next person. For example, if you have selected three Reviewers to the same step in your Submittal workflow, and one of those people submit their review, the other two reviewers will receive an email letting them know their submission is no longer needed. The workflow will show you who completed the step.

Now, when adding photos to forms, you can add mark ups such as text, shapes, freehand drawings, and more! The marks will be saved within your form, and you can choose to save your existing photo with the marks or create a new one, so that the original remains intact!

In our last release, we introduced our Actual Check In/Check Out columns for the People tabs in both Time Center and Timecards, and we have now included them as options in Time Reports, along with our newest Variance columns. Now you can see the difference in hours/minutes between your team's recorded Check In/Out times and the Actual Check In/Out times!

We've also introduced Week and User Count columns to our Time reports! You can now see how many users entered time based on how you choose to group your reports. See which entries were created in your company's pay period with the Week column.

When using the Rounding Time option in Time Settings, you can enable a switch to turn off when switching time. This will allow you to switch your time without having to wait until the rounding option is in place.

Now ensure the creator of your form is included in your distribution! When "Save & Email" is selected, the form will be automatically sent to the creator of the form.

Now, when downloading drawings in your Drawings module, you have the option to download the original file. Select "Download Original File(s)" and your drawing's file name, dimensions, etc. will be intact!
