Permissions
Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.
In order to navigate one's user settings, users will need Mobile Access enabled in their permissions
Access your Account and App Settings directly from the Mobile App. Navigate to your Account Settings by clicking on the Account icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Under Account you will see the following options:
Change Signature: This option allows you to update your digital signature directly in the mobile app
Change Password: If there is ever a need to change your password, this can be done in your account settings using this option
Records: Here you will find user records that you can search through
Settings: Clicking into this option will allow you to enable Project Favorites or Save to Cameral Roll
Offline Sync: Allows you to manually sync your Project, User, Tools, Contacts, etc. to your mobile device. This will allow you to access the data you need when offline
Removed Synced Drawing: If there are any drawings that have synced with your device to view offline, you may remove synced drawings using this option

Once you enable Project Favorites, you can favorite projects in the mobile app to create a favorites view for quick access to the projects you prioritize the most.
To do so, simply swipe on a project's name until you see the Star icon. Click on the icon to add to your favorites view. Access your favorites view by tapping the Star in the right-hand corner of your Home page.
