Using Filters to Manage Users

Set Filters in Team to make managing and sharing access easy. Use Select to bulk edit User status.

Permissions

Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data . This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.

In order to Filter Users, users will need View permissions for Users


Managing user settings, status, title, and reporting can be done using filters to make bulk actions and to provide more visibility into the company's users.

Filtering Users

Step 1: Navigate to your Users Page

  • From the Company Dashboard > click into the Team module > then select the Users tab

Step 2: To filter, click the Filters button

  • Select the filters you would like to sort by and click Apply.


Bulk Actions

In order to perform Bulk Actions for users, users will need either Edit or Manage permissions for Users

Making bulk actions can be done by selecting the user's checkbox on the left individually, or using select all by clicking the left checkbox in the first row as highlighted below:

Click Actions to show the dropdown options: such as blocking users, assigning titles, adding to projects, or bulk editing.
