Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.

In order to respond to a Change Order within the SiteMax app, users will need Edit permissions for Change Orders

In order for a Change Order or PCO to be processed, a response from the assignee is needed, and you can do it through the app or through Email. This guide will walk you through the process of responding to change orders within the application.

Responding to the Change Order:

  1. From the Dashboard, navigate to the project where the change order is located

  2. Select the "Change Orders" menu option to view the list of change orders.

  3. Locate the specific change order that requires your response.

  4. Take the time to thoroughly review the details of the change order, including the proposed modifications and their impact on the project.

  5. Once a change order has been submitted for review, there are three available response options:

    1. Approve

    2. Reject

    3. Add Response

6. Then the status of the change order will reflect your decision in the Change Order Table once you have selected a response. Refer to the image as shown below:

This provides a clear overview of the current status of each change order and helps track the progress of the approval process.
