Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.
When responding to Change Orders through email, users will not need any specific permissions
In order for a Change Order or PCO to be processed, a response from the assignee is needed, and you can do it through the app or through email.
Responding to Change Orders via Email:
As an assignee without access to SiteMax, you will receive an email notification regarding a Change Order requiring your response.
