Can I delete or remove equipment?
Yes, you may delete your equipment by archiving it. Archiving equipment allows you to maintain a record of decommissioned equipment and track its history, maintenance, or any other relevant information.
Two Ways to Remove Equipment:
Through "Archive" Button:
In the equipment module, each equipment name has a checkbox beside it.
Click the checkbox of the equipment you want to remove.
After selecting, click the "Actions" button; a drop-down menu will appear.
Choose "Archive" from the menu.
Through "Archive" Button in the Equipment Profile:
Navigate to the profile of the equipment you wish to remove.
On the Equipment Detail page, look for the "Archive" button at the bottom.
Click the "Archive" button to remove the equipment from your main equipment list.
