How can we track our equipment service & maintenance records?

Tracking Equipment Service and maintenance records

Dashboard > Equipment


Track equipment service and maintenance records to ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of your company's equipment.

  1. From the dashboard, navigate to the "Equipment" section.

  2. Click on the Equipment ID of the specific equipment item for which you want to track service and maintenance records.

  3. Once you are in the Equipment Profile, you will find various tabs that provide detailed information about the equipment.

  4. Tab over to the "Maintenance" tab to access and manage the equipment's service and maintenance records.

    Equipment Maintenance Records can be used in a few different ways:
    โ€‹Adding Hours of Use

    • To track the total hours of use for the equipment, click on the "Add Hours of Use" button.

    Adding Service Items

    • Use the "Add Service Item" feature to track routine maintenance or service work performed on the equipment.

    Adding Records

    • If you need to log additional information or documentation associated with the equipment, you can use the "Add a Record" feature.


Viewing Equipment Maintenance Records:

To view all equipment service and maintenance records, click into the "Maintenance" button located at upper right side of the equipment section.

Keep a detailed history of all maintenance activities, monitor usage patterns, and plan future maintenance requirements.
