Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.
In order to access the Drawings module, users will need View permissions for Drawings
As you work on your projects in SiteMax, it's essential to have easy access to your drawings. This guide will walk you through finding and managing your drawings within the SiteMax platform.
Where do I find my drawings?
To access your drawings on the web version of SiteMax, follow these steps:
Select the desired project from Dashboard
Locate and click on the "Drawings" module in the sidebar menu within the project interface.
Within the "Drawings" section, you'll find the following options:
Starred Drawings: This section contains drawings that you have marked as important or frequently accessed.
Default Drawings: Here, you can find all the drawings associated with the selected project.
Drawing Folders: If you have organized your drawings into folders, you can access them here.
Additionally, you can choose to view your drawings in either List or Tile View, depending on your preference. This allows you to customize the display format for better management.
Notifying Users of Revisions
When uploading revisions to a drawing, you'll want to let your team know. To do this, click on the "i" icon at the right hand corner of your drawing screen.
Here, you can choose the recipients you wish to notify of the new revision.
Tip: While in the drawings view page, you can navigate to other drawings without having to leave the page. Simply click on "Jump to Sheet" and you can select another drawing from your collection in the dropdown.
