Permissions
Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.
In order to access the Safety Manual in your Company's Documents, users will need View permissions for Documents
Safety Manual on Web
The documents module allows users to upload their safety programs, manuals and processes, and even safety videos.
Within the documents module on the company level, there is a preset "safety-manual". This manual is programmed to be linked to all projects and their Safety Reports. This allows users to import documents that will be accessible to all users on their projects under "Safety Reports".
All files that are uploaded into the "safety-manual" folder are accessible from any project by following the steps below on the web:
Dashboard > Project > Safety Reports > "View Safety Program"
Safety Manual on Mobile App
On mobile, they can be accessed by the following steps:
Dashboard > Project > Menu > Safety Reports > Safety Files
