Dashboard > Select a Project > Documents


Store your documents on either the "Company Level" or the "Project Level" within the documents module. The Document module allows users to create folders and upload files such as PDFs and even videos. Organize project-specific files, safety manuals, general information documents, and even upload procedural videos for your users to view.

Accessing the Documents

  1. From the Dashboard:

    • Navigate to the "Documents" section on the Dashboard.

    • Here, you can access documents at the company level, which includes files applicable to all projects.

  2. Within a Project:

    • Select a specific project from the Dashboard.

    • Click on the "Documents" tab to access project-specific files and folders.

Storing and Organizing Documents

  1. Creating Folders

    • Use the Documents module to create folders and subfolders to organize your files effectively.

    • Group related documents together to improve accessibility and streamline workflows.

  2. Uploading Files

    • Upload various file types, such as PDFs, videos, images, and more.

    • Simply select the desired folder and use the upload feature to add files from your local device.

Sharing and Collaboration

  1. Project-Level Sharing:

    • Use the Documents module to share project-specific files with relevant team members.

    • Grant access to specific folders or files, ensuring that the right people have access to the required documents.

  2. Workflow Efficiency

    • By storing site-specific files in the Documents module, you can establish a seamless workflow for your users.

    • Easily access important project documents, such as safety manuals and procedural videos, ensuring the necessary information is readily available.
