Read to learn how to authenticate your device when scanning QR to access Siteflow, forms, and notices.

SiteMax uses phone number authentication to verify the users' device before being able to access it. Please follow the instructions in this article to complete the authentication process.

All users must have a primary mobile phone number associated with their account to enter the SMX Connect Portal and access SiteFlow, Forms, and Project Notices. If you are not able to access the Connect Portal with your phone number, please reach out to your System Administrator. Please read our article on managing Team phone numbers.


Follow these steps to access SiteMax via QR:

  1. Start by scanning the QR Code with your mobile device's camera

  2. You will be redirected to the SMX Connect Portal web page on your device's browser. Start by entering the phone number of your device, then press GO.

    IMPORTANT: Users must enter a valid phone number with the corresponding country code to authenticate.

  3. Enter the Code you received in the mobile message. Then click Enter.

  4. If you do not already exist as a user in the Company's SiteMax system, you will be directed to add your personal information.

    Enter your First and Last Name and Email. Search for the Company you are with using the search bar. If the Company is not on the list, simply click on the blue button to manually enter your Company's name.

  5. Agree to the terms and conditions before clicking Enter to continue.

  6. You will now be directed to SiteFlow, Forms, or Project Notices.
