In addition to our new Record features, we added a new field for user and maintenance Records to help you identify contracts, invoices, certificates, etc. As a user with Records Create and/or Edit permission, you will be able to add to the new External Reference Number. This new field is included in maintenance and user records tables.

For Equipment, the Reference Number will also be shown in the maintenance log exports.

As part of this release, we've incorporated your feedback into the latest Punch List updates. Here are some of the newest features we've added!

To improve offline capabilities for the Punch List, you can now add photos from your device’s library to a punch item even when offline. These photos will be synced once your device is back online and the punch item is synced.

We've improved Punch List Reports on mobile by allowing you to select specific punch items before generating a report.

Now, you can easily filter punch items and choose which ones to include in your Punch List Reports.

Easily filter your punch items by Type with the new multi-select option. Now, you can view and locate multiple punch items of different Types simultaneously.

We've introduced support for video files in our punch items. Now, when creating a punch item, you'll have the option to attach videos from either the device's library or the project library.

Easily capture more details of your deficiencies by adding video attachments!

Speed up your photo capturing with ease by now being able to select, copy, and paste descriptive text. Simply copy and paste repetitive descriptions onto your photos to provide additional details to your project photos.

Users with permission to Create and Edit Change Orders can now hide the line item total, profit, and overhead. This allows you to generate custom reports that share only the necessary information, keeping other details hidden.

To enable this feature, go to the PDF Settings for the Change Order located at the bottom left of the CO page.

Here, you will find the option "Hide line item total, overhead, and profit." Check the box and click save to confirm the changes.

In addition to our latest record updates, we've introduced the ability to set reminders for equipment records based on tool unit logs. This feature lets you know precisely when equipment needs its next service by setting up reminders. When creating or updating an equipment record, you can set your service item rules to the unit amount in the Reminders field. For example, if your vehicle (currently at 50,000 km) requires an oil change every 10,000 kilometres, you can create a service item reminder to notify you when the equipment logs hit 60,000 km or earlier.

To do this, follow these steps:

Save time by tagging multiple materials with Bulk Edit. Now, when using Bulk Edit for materials, you can easily add tags.

We’ve updated the Maintenance tab for Equipment. Now, when viewing equipment maintenance records, you can click directly into the PDF from the list of records. Additionally, we have made minor name changes to ensure consistency across equipment records. For example, "Maintenance Item" is now called "Record Name."

We've added great new features to our mobile app, making it easier to edit, copy punch items, and see check-in details!

We've added bulk editing functionality in our Materials module on the mobile app. Now, as a material user, you can easily bulk edit to adjust UoM, Cost-code, Value, Quantity, and Classification for your materials.

To find this option, navigate to the Materials module > click on the three-dot action button > select Bulk Edit Materials.

To easily locate and manage your Materials, we've added Classification to the filter options within our Materials module on mobile. Begin utilizing Classifications to efficiently organize your inventory and quickly access your project’s resources.

You might notice that the names of Drawings appear differently when linking to our Power modules. We've made minor adjustments to the names of drawing links in our module. Now users can easily identify drawings and see only the latest available version

Draft RFI is now available for full users! Your trade with view-only access on the module could already create a draft RFI to be approved and submitted by your team. To help keep a clean list of RFI and save the logical sequencing only for valid RFI we introduced Draft RFIs for full users. If you are not fully ready to create the RFI process this will allow you to save the critical data without using an RFI number. This will also improve the ability to collaborate by allowing the internal team to implement a review process before submitting the RFI.

To use this function use the new Save as Draft option.

When the Draft is ready to be Approved and Submitted, simply click the Approve Draft button.

Now view the details of your workers' time entries, such as exact check-in/out times as well as location and signature on mobile. Simply click the icons beside the time entries.

Now easily copy existing Punch Items without having to create new items. Simply select the Punch Item you wish to copy and click the Quick Add button. Your new copied item will come up and you can make your preferred changes.

We're introducing more streamlined ways of keeping track of Equipment Maintenance records, along with User, Contact, and Company records. Great new features ahead!

Now, instead of creating a whole new record when one expires, you can select the "Renew" option and the record will be copied. All that will be needed is a new expiry date. This will be ideal for equipment maintenance, as well as licenses!

Archive records that are no longer needed. Whether it's a maintenance record for equipment that is no longer in use or a license for an employee no longer with the company.

Is your Equipment due for a maintenance check? Now you can send Reminders to the people in charge of that equipment. You can select one or multiple people to send these reminders to. Simply select your Reminder Recipients when creating or editing your Equipment Records.

Make edits such as Issuing Body, Issue Date, and Expiry Date to multiple records at the same time with our Bulk Edit feature.

To start Bulk Editing your Equipment simply, select the types of Equipment > Actions > select Bulk Edit.

We've added a new column to the Equipment and Team module. The Expires/Next Service In or Expires In column tells you how many days the record expires or until the next service.

This feature has been added to our Records and Maintenance tabs in the Team and Equipment modules.

Now you can filter your Records by more than just Active and Blocked. We have created new Statuses for your Records. Active, Expired, Open, Completed, and now that we have provided the option of archiving unneeded records, there is Archived and Unarchived.

Now you have more flexibility in how you control your Time Reports! Group your Time Entries by Office Manager and Field Managers.

We've added four fields to the bulk edit window in the Equipment module. Now you can bulk edit your equipment's Brand, Model, Value, and Tags.

View the history of attachments added to Punch Lists so that you can see who has added or removed attachments. You can see when a user has removed an attachment based on the "Before" and "After" names. When an attachment is added to SiteMax, a name will appear, when it's removed, you will see a blank space.
