Answer: Yes, you can! After adding a photo to a Punch Item, you can select that photo while the Punch Item is open and select "Annotate" from the options at the top of the screen. Choose your tool and make any adjustments you wish. Click on "Save" when complete, and the new marked up photo will replace the original photo in the Punch List.
