Clear Notifications

You can now delete notifications from the notification hub on your mobile device.


Clear out alerts you've already addressed or no longer need by tapping the delete button on each notification.

Notifications When Adding Users to a Project

When creating a project and adding users, you now have the option to notify them via email and in-app.

Just check the "Send Notifications" box, and a notification will be sent to let users know they've been added to the project.

Bulk Edit for Forms

Weโ€™ve introduced a new Bulk Edit feature, making it easier to manage and update multiple forms at once โ€” saving you time and reducing repetitive work. Bulk edit actions are available in Company Reports, Project Site Reports, and Project Safety Reports.

With Bulk Edit, you can now edit the following fields across multiple forms in a single action:

  • Lock/Unlock

  • Assignee

  • Assigned Date

  • Status

  • Label

Previously, updating forms one by one was time-consuming, especially for users managing large sets of forms. Ensure form statuses and assignments are consistently maintained, and update your forms faster with Bulk Edit.

Bulk Approve and Reject Email Notifications

Users on the Accounting List for Purchase Orders will now receive a single consolidated email when multiple POs are approved or rejected at once. The consolidated email will list all approved or rejected POs with details such as PO number, date, and amount. Instead of attaching PO PDFs, the email will include direct links to each PO for quick access.

This update helps reduce notification overload and ensures all relevant PO details are included in one place for easy reference.

Assessment Form Component Improvement

We've enhanced the visibility of assessment icons to make them easier to distinguish, especially on low-quality monitors.

Enabled icons are now blue, and enabled icons are grayed, ensuring clearer differentiation without eye strain.

Time Center and Timecards Exports

Weโ€™ve improved the Time Center and Timecards exports to reflect your on-screen sorting and filter settings directly in the export. When you sort or filter user time entries in the Grid View of the People tab, your selected settings will now carry over to the export. This ensures that the exported data matches exactly what you see on screen, reducing confusion and improving consistency.

Previously, exported data didnโ€™t reflect your chosen sorting or filters, which could lead to discrepancies and extra work. Now, what you see on the screen is exactly what youโ€™ll get in the export!

Attach PDF Documents from the Safety Manual in the Forms

You can now attach PDF documents from the Safety Folder directly into your forms when creating forms on mobile.

To enable this feature:

  1. Go to Settings > Modules > Forms

  2. Go into the form you want to edit

  3. Add the PDF upload component

  4. Under the "Add from Safety Documents" section, set it to "Yes"

This setting needs to be configured for each form individually.

Submittal Response Form

We've added the Vendor Company to the Submittal Response Form to provide more clarity and consistency. Previously, users could only see the vendor's name, requiring extra steps to verify their company. Now, the vendor's company name is displayed directly in the response form, matching the exported PDF and improving efficiency.
