Save Time with My Filters!
Now create your own custom set of Filters to save and apply whenever you need them with My Filters.
Available in any module where Filters are included, you can set up your own filters quickly and easily. Save as many as you need, they will be listed under "My Filters"
Customize Repeatable Groups!
Now, when using the Repeatable Groups, you can customize how you want those repeatable sections will look and act!
Select how to divide your repeatable sections in your PDF (ie; Dashed, Dotted, Solid, or No Lines)
Choose if you would like the sections to clear upon copying from existing forms
Allow for re-ordering when creating the form
Customize the text when adding your repeatable items
Improved Approval Handling for Purchase Order Changes
We’re introduced an improvement to Purchase Order (PO) approvals that gives teams more flexibility when updating PO amounts—without restarting the entire approval process unless it’s truly needed.
Currently any change to a PO total after approval resets the full approval workflow. With this update, approvals are triggered only when changes exceed defined approval thresholds.
If a PO update exceeds one or more approval thresholds, the approval workflow is re-triggered based only on the difference between the old and new totals.
In single-approver or all-approver modes, approval is requested from users assigned to the applicable threshold level.
In sequential mode, approvals are requested step-by-step, starting from the lowest applicable threshold and progressing upward.
If the PO amount is modified while an approval workflow is still in progress (ie; Pending), the entire approval process is reset to ensure accuracy and compliance.
This reduces unnecessary approval cycles, speeds up minor PO adjustments, and ensures the right people are involved when spending changes truly matter.

Now, when adding any photos to your Project Tasks, those photos will automatically be added to that project's Photos module.
