Permissions
Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.
In order to Hide/Unhide forms, users will need Manage permissions for Settings
There may be times when a form or a type of report becomes redundant. In such cases, you may like to remove it from view. This can be done at the Company or the Project Level.
Note: Hiding a report or form in Project Settings will hide that report in the specified project only. While hiding a report or form in Company Settings will hide it in ALL projects.
Hiding a Form in all Projects
To hide a form in all projects, simply navigate to your Company Settings, select Modules and click the Forms tab. Here you will find all the reports custom-built by you and our developers. Locate the form you wish to hide.
Hiding a Form in a Specific Project
To hide a form in a specific project, select the specified project, navigate to that project's Settings, select Modules and click the Forms tab. Here you will find all the reports custom-built by you and our developers. Locate the form you wish to hide.
The following instructions apply to both Company and Project Level:
At the far right of your form's tool bar, click on the 3 dots to reveal a dropdown where you will find the Hide option as shown below.
*Once hidden, you will see the the above icon in the form's tool bar.
Unhide a Form
To Unhide a Form, navigate back to Forms (either in Project or Company Settings) and click on the three-dot dropdown icon. Here you may unhide a form by showing the form in Project Site Reports, Project Safety Reports, Equipment Reports, and Company Reports.
Click on one of four options to show the form in either Site, Safety, Equipment, or Company Reports. The form will then appear in the chosen location for users to see in projects.
Note; If you are unable to see a form in a particular project, check that project's settings. It is possible the form has been hidden for that project.
