Preview Form
Preview Form
See how your form will look act in the Preview window. This allows you to preview without the need to add it in your project.
Select the "Open Screen" icon on your form's tool bar and a preview page will open up.
Within this preview window, you can test out how it will behave with the components you have added. This is especially helpful when Mathematical Formulas have been integrated into the form.
Exit out of the screen by clicking on the "x" at the top right.

Form Location refers to where you can find your forms within your Projects.

Each location is represented by an icon. If you're unsure of a specified location's icon, hover your mouse over the icon, and the location will be written out for you.

When in a project, click on your desired location (ie; Site Reports/Safety Reports) and you will be able to view your forms as seen below:

Show forms in Project Safety Reports.
To view your Equipment Reports, you must first open the Equipment module within your Project.
Select a piece of Equipment
Open the Reports tab
Select the Form you wish to fill out
Click "Add Form"
Show forms in Equipment Reports.
Company Reports will show on your main Dashboard, rather than a specified project.
Show forms in Company Reports.
Note:
If a form template has been added to a Project's Notice Board, the form template cannot be moved to a new location.
For example: If a form template is living in Safety Reports and has been added to a notice board, moving the template to Site Reports will remove it from the project's notice board and may confuse the onsite team. This error message will be displayed to caution users about moving locations of forms.
It's important to note that when you specify the location of forms, they won't become visible to users automatically. They will only be visible once you grant permission. This is done to ensure that the data remains secure. You can find further details in this article: Form Visibility
Hiding/Unhiding Forms
Hiding/Unhiding Forms
If there is a form you are no longer using, you can avoid any confusion by hiding it, this ensure the form will no longer appear in your project's Site, Safety, Equipment or Company Reports modules.
Click on the three dots at the end of a form and select "Hide". Users will no longer be able to create forms marked as Hidden.
The Hide icon will appear on the hidden forms.
To unhide a form, click on the three dots and select "Show in Site Report", "Show in Safety Report", "Show in Equipment Report", or "Show in Company Report".
Form Revisions
Form Revisions
How revisions work
Each time a custom form is edited, it is saved as a Revision. All forms filled out in previous revisions maintain their data and formatting. Only new forms filled out after a revision is activated will show the new form. Creating revisions also allows the users to revert back to older versions of the form if needed.
Simply click on the three dots to access Revisions and select which version of the form you would like to revert back to by clicking the Restore this revision button.
