Question:

How come I'm not seeing any projects when I log into my SiteMax account?

Answer:

This could be a couple of things

  1. It could be that your Project View is not set to the Active status

*In the filter field, be sure your viewing Active Projects

2. You may not have the correct permissions set up and/or you are not assigned to any Projects.

You must have View permissions for either Projects or Projects (assigned) in order to see any Projects in your account.

If you do have View permissions for Projects (assigned), be sure that you have been assigned to any projects.
