If you sign into SiteMax and you have found the screen is stuck with a blank white screen, here's what you should look for:

1. Try to make sure your project status is set to Active.

2. Make sure your dashboard view is set to List or Tile view.

3. Make sure the search engine is cleared. If it's not, click into the magnifying glass and clear filter.

4. Make sure user permissions are set up to view projects. To do this, navigate from Company > Team > Users. From there you can open a user's permissions by clicking on their name.

Under Permissions, scroll down to Project and select the View or Edit icon to give project access to the user.

To give Users access to create click the Create icon, and to give access to manage project settings, select the Settings icon.
