Start by tapping into the (+) Add Shortcut on either Home or Project.

Then tap into the Equipment icon.

4 options will appear after click Equipment, tap into Add Report.

Choose which Equipment Profile you will be creating an Equipment Report for.

Once chosen, select the Equipment Report Type that will be associated with said Equipment Profile.
