Permissions
Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.
In order to Share Photos, users will need Create permissions for Photos
Share your photos with people outside your company. When sharing your photos, your recipients will be able to view an external link to the photos selected. They will not need access to SiteMax.
Sharing from Mobile
From the dashboard, select the project and open the Module menu by clicking the three-dot button at the top right of your screen. From the menu, choose "Photos"
In the Photos module of the selected project, you'll find a "Share Photos" button. Tap on it.
You will now see a gallery of your project photos. Select the photos you wish to share by tapping on them. You can choose multiple photos by tapping on each one.
After selecting the desired photos, click the "Share" button at the bottom. This will generate a shareable link.
