Permissions

Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.

In order to fill out forms, users will need Create permissions for the specified form


There are a number of ways to fill out Site and Safety Reports on the Mobile App. Find the option that works best for you!

Creating Reports from with "+ Add" button in Project

  1. To start, you will want to select your project from the Home Screen and then click the "+ Add" button

  2. Your Add screen will appear, where you can select Site or Safety Reports

  3. Select the Report you wish to create

  4. Fill out your Report and click "Save" at the bottom of the Form

  5. Choose how you would like to Save your form.

    1. Save to save your information and continue working within the form

    2. Save & Close to save and then close your form

    3. Save as Draft if you might be in an area with spotty reception and you wish to add it to your Reports queue for completing and syncing later

    4. Save & Email if you have set up a distribution for your form and you wish to email the recipients

Copying from an Existing Form

If you have enabled the "Copy from Existing" option in Form Settings, you can bring up an already filled out report and copy the information into your new report.

  1. Open your Project and click "+ Add"

  2. Select from your Site or Safety Reports in your Add screen

  3. Select which report you want to fill out from your list

  4. Click on the 3-dot button at the top right of your screen and select "Copy from Existing"

Creating Reports from Project Day View

If there are existing Reports in your Project's Day View, you can fill them out through them.

  1. Choose a Project

  2. In your Project's day View, scroll down to your Site/Safety Reports

  3. Click on your selected report to open and fill out.

You can also open your Site or Safety Reports module to create a new Report.

  1. Choose a Project

  2. Click on the 3 line (hamburger icon) button at the top right corner of your screen to open your Modules menu

  3. Select the Site or Safety Reports module

  4. From your list, select the Report you wish to create

  5. Click on the 3 dot button at the top right of your screen and select either "Create Form" or "Create Form by Date" if you wish to assign a specific date to the form (this will be the Assigned Date of the form)

Creating Reports from the Hidden Menu

Your Mobile Dashboard has a menu for some of your modules that can be viewed by swiping your Project icon to the left.

  1. On your main menu, click on the ">" arrow at the far right of your Project block

  2. Click on the Site or Safety Reports icon

  3. Click on your selected Report

  4. From the 3 dot button at the top right, select either "Create Form" or "Create Form by Date"
