How to Access, Add, Create and Edit, Site Reports and Safety Reports on Web.

Permissions

Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.

In order to add Site or Safety Reports, users will need Create permissions for the corresponding form

Adding Forms in Site/Safety Reports Modules

To add Forms to your Project's site or safety reports, start by choosing a project first, then click on Safety Reports or Site Reports from the menu bar on the left.

  1. Choose a report you would like to add a new form to (ex: Daily Safety Evaluation), then click "+ Add Form" to create a new one.

  2. Fill out your form or Copy from Existing one in the bottom left area (if available). Copy from existing will allow you to fill the form with a previous form's entered information.

  3. Choose "Save & Close" or "Save & Email" (if available). Or, if the "Submit" function is in place, choose this.

Adding Forms in Your Project's Day View

You may also create a form in a project's Day View.

  1. To do this, open a project to get to the Day View.

  2. Scroll down to locate Site Reports and Safety Reports. Choose a recent Report available or press the "+" button to create a new one.

  3. In New Form Entry, select the type of form you want to create in the dropdown menu.

Accessing Site/Safety Reports from the Dashboard

There are quick shortcuts in the Dashboard view that allow you to easily and quickly access your Site and Safety Reports

  1. In the Dashboard click the Site Reports or Safety Reports icon

  2. This will take you directly to that Project's Site or Safety Reports module where you can then view or add forms.
