On our Pro and Power plans, a hybrid tier of "lite user" exists to involve more of your team members at a lower cost.
Collaborators are free users and they can view almost everything. They can also create time for themselves, update existing reports with new info or signature, complete tasks and punch items, create draft RFI and Change Orders. This is designed mostly for subs and trades that can also use our QR workflow. It's also used for vendors, clients, owners, auditors, or anyone needing temporary access.
Lite users are paid users at a reduced cost who can create new reports, manage their own tasks and own records on top of what a Collaborator can do. This is designed mostly for field workers having daily lite usage of the mobile or web application.
Users are everyone with control over modules, equipment, people and timecards.
The tier applied for each user is defined based on the permissions provided.
