Are you looking to share punch list items with someone who is not registered on SiteMax? You can easily do this by following the steps below.
Step 1: Choose the project
Login to your SiteMax account and select the project that contains the punch list item you want to share.
Step 2: Access the Punch List
Click on the "Punch List" option in the project menu to access the list of items.
Step 3: Filter the List
If needed, you can filter the punch list items to narrow down the results. Click on the "Filter" button to select the options you prefer, and then click on "Apply" to apply the selected filters.
Step 4: Access the Actions Button
Once you have filtered the list, click on the "Actions" button to see the available actions.
Step 5: Generate a Report
In the Actions menu, click on the "Reports" tab. From here, you can generate a PDF file that includes all of the punch list items.
Step 6: Send the Report
After generating the report, click on the "Send" button to share it. You will be prompted to enter the email address of the person who is not registered on SiteMax.
Once you have entered the email address, the PDF report will be sent to the recipient's inbox. This report will include all of the punch list items that you selected, along with any notes or comments that you added to each item.
