I Added a New Project and Saved it, But I Can't See it - How to Solve it?

If you have added a new project in SiteMax and saved it, but you can't see it, there are a few things you can do to solve the problem.

  1. Check Project Statuses

    First, check if the project has a different status than "Active". SiteMax has three different statuses for projects: "Active," "On Deck," and "Complete". Ensure that you are looking for the project in the correct status. For example, if the project is not set to "Active" status, it may not be visible in the main project list.

  2. Check user permissions

    If you still cannot see the project, check the user permissions. Ensure that the project is assigned to you or that you have the appropriate permissions to access the project. If you don't have the correct permissions, you may not be able to see the project in your dashboard.

  3. Contact SiteMax Support

    If you have tried the above solutions and still cannot see the project, contact SiteMax Support for assistance. They will be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and resolve it. It's important to provide as much detail as possible when contacting support, including the name of the project and any error messages you are seeing.
