Always remember to ensure the correct people have the appropriate permissions to access your company and project data. This can be done per individual or by applying Permission Templates.

In order to access the Safety Program, users will need Edit permissions for Settings

What's Inside the Safety Program?

Safety Programs contain essential written records and information that outline the safety procedures, guidelines, policies, and practices implemented by your company. Basically, they're like the ultimate guidebook to ensuring the protection of both employees and assets.


Finding and Uploading Safety Program Files

To access Safety Program Files on SiteMax, follow these simple steps:

  1. Safety Reports of a Project: You can find the Safety Programs is within the Safety Reports of a specific Project.

  2. Company Settings: Another spot to find Safety Programs is right in your Company Settings. Just head over to the Settings module from the dashboard and look for the "Safety Program" tab.

  3. Company Documents: Lastly, you can also find the Safety Programs in the Documents module from the dashboard, then locate the "safety-manual" folder.

Your access to Safety Programs might vary depending on your tier or permissions. Here's what you can expect based on your role:

Remember: the specific actions you can take within the Safety Programs depend on the permissions granted to you by your administrator.
