The Dispatch Module within SiteMax Systems is a useful tool designed to simplify scheduling and coordination, ensuring that your projects run smoothly and on schedule. If you have various appointments that only last for a short time. It ensures that users are involved in the project only when they have active appointments within that project.

Important to know ๐Ÿ’ก

  • If you manually add users to a project and create an appointment in Dispatch (Scheduler), those users shouldn't be removed from the project when the appointment ends. They should stay assigned to the project.

  • However, if you create an appointment in Dispatch (Scheduler) and it is the system that adds a user to the project, that user will automatically be removed from the project 5 days after the appointment ends.

Let's take a closer look at the key features of the Dispatch Module in a simple and understandable way.

Tabs for Easy Navigation

The Dispatch module is organized into six tabs, each serving a specific purpose to enhance your scheduling experience. These tabs include:

Current Date Section

At the top of each tab in the Dispatch module, you'll find the Current Date section. This is a handy feature that keeps you informed about the present day, making it easy to navigate through your schedules with precision.

Calendar Functionality

The heart of the Dispatch Module lies in its calendar functionality. Users have the flexibility to choose a specific date range based on their project needs. The left and right buttons beside the calendar selector make it easy to navigate through dates. Click the left button to go backward or the right button to move forward, allowing you to focus on the dates that matter most to you.

Date Range Display

Beside the calendar, you'll find the Date Range section, which displays the selected range of dates. This feature is important for keeping track of your project timelines and ensuring that everything aligns with your scheduling goals.

Smart Filtering Options

With the large amount of data that may be present in your Dispatch, finding specific information can be challenging. We have thought of this and provide intuitive filtering options. You can filter by user titles, user names, or status, making it a breeze to locate the exact details you need.

Customization through Settings

Customizing the Dispatch Module to meet your unique requirements is made possible through the Settings feature. Here, you can customize availability settings, define user titles, categorize tools, highlight priority projects and team members, and even set specific messages and recipients for each event. This level of customization ensures that the Dispatch Module aligns perfectly with your project management needs.
