Click on the "Maintenance" button in the Equipment module to view the full list of your equipment's maintenance records, including their expiry dates and upcoming service dates.

Keep track of your upcoming service or expiration dates with record reminders. Set reminders to be sent on a specific date and time, and notify multiple users simultaneously.

You can also configure reminders to trigger when your equipment reaches the next tool unit milestone.

For instance, if your vehicle (currently at 50,000 km) needs an oil change every 10,000 km, you can set a service reminder to notify you when the equipment logs reach 60,000 km or sooner.
