In this release, we made minor UI improvements and updates.

Web v3.9.4

📣 New Features and Improvements 📣

Tags for Siteflow Notices

Manage multiple notices of the same type across different projects with our new tagging feature. Tags make categorizing and locating notices simpler and more efficient.

  1. Create a Notice Tag:

    • Navigate to Settings > Lists > Tags and click +Add Tag to create a tag specifically for Notices.

  2. Apply Tags:

    • Add the tag while creating or editing a notice to keep everything organized.

  3. Filter Notices:

    • When viewing your Notices, use the Filter by Tags option to quickly locate the relevant notices.

Tags provide an easy and effective way to manage multiple Notices across projects, saving time and organizing workflows.

Version Control in the Drawing Dropdown

To align with recent updates to the drawing modal, we've redesigned the layout of Attaching a Drawing to make it easier to locate and attach the latest drawing revision. Now, instead of displaying all versions at once, the list defaults to showing only the most recent version first.

This ensures that any drawing you are choosing is the latest version.

Submittal List Ordering

Additionally, we've improved the ordering logic in the Submittal module. Items can now be sorted by character first, rather than by number.

Here's a comparison of how it looked before and after.

Mob v4.8.7

📣 New Features and Improvements 📣

Numbered Timecards

Numbered Timecards are back! A number now automatically appears before each worker's name when managing Time Entries. This simple improvement helps supervisors quickly verify they've logged time for everyone on-site, eliminating the need for manual counting.

Web v3.9.3

📣 New Features and Improvements 📣

New Signature Sign-Off Feature for Punch Lists

Simplify your walkthrough process with our new Signature Sign-Off feature. With this new feature, Clients can sign off directly on punch list PDF reports using any device, eliminating the need for printing or scanning.

Once signed, the punch list is automatically converted into a non-editable PDF and can be emailed to all relevant parties. Integrated with SiteMax’s existing Punch List module, this feature streamlines the workflow by giving project teams an easier way to record deficiencies, manage tasks, and secure final client approvals—all in one place.

Enable this feature by checking the "Sign-Off" box when generating your Punch List reports.

Digital Signature

Digital Signature is almost ready for you to streamline your document workflows. We're introducing features like automatically sending signed documents back to the signee, ensuring the recipients always have their signed copies.

Stay tuned for more updates as we finalize the release of this exciting new feature!

Submittal Sorting

We've made some improvements to the Submittals module by adding more sorting options, allowing you to view your listed submittals by company name and submitter.

Mob v4.8.6

📣 New Features and Improvements 📣

Day View Actions

Save time with a new shortcut in the mobile app! Users with Edit and Manage permissions for Forms can quickly perform key actions directly from the Day View, just like on the web.

With the newly added three-dot action button, users with Edit permissions can:

  • Assign a User to the form

  • Update the form’s Status, Label, or Assigned date

  • Review the form Details

Users with Manage permissions can:

  • Assign a User to the form

  • Update the form’s Status, Label, or Assigned date

  • Review the form Details

  • Delete a form

Attachment and Resolution Icons Added to Punch List

We’ve introduced new icons in the Punch List module. These icons appear directly in the punch item list, clearly indicating whether a punch item includes attachments or resolution attachments.

Now, you can easily ensure all your punch items have the supporting documentation they need at a glance!

Submittal Summary PDFs Now Available on Mobile

Our Submittal module now offers mobile users the same access to the Submittal Summary PDF as on the web. You can view the PDF directly from your mobile device, anytime, anywhere. The Submittal Summary PDF is continuously updated with input from approvers and reviewers, keeping you informed on the go!

🛠️ Bug Fixes 🛠️

  1. In Android’s dark mode for certain devices, some buttons previously blended into the background or appeared missing. We’ve improved our UI to ensure all buttons are clearly visible in both light and dark modes.

Web v3.9.2

In this release, we made minor UI improvements.

Web v3.9.1

📣 New Features and Improvements 📣

Siteflow QR Code PDF

Thanks to our users' feedback, we've redesigned the QR code PDF for Siteflow. Now, it includes the contact details for the Office and Field Managers, along with their phone numbers. We've also redone the formatting and layout for better readability.

Submittal PDF Cover Page

We've updated the PDF cover page format for your Submittal attachments in the Submittal module. The Company associated with your Vendor now appears in the header before the vendor's contact information.

If the Company field is left blank, it will be omitted from the PDF cover page.

Add a Cover Page to the Submittal when adding an attachment using the View & Markup option for the attachment.

At the bottom right corner of the attachment PDF, you will find the option to add your Cover Page. Click on the Cover Page button and select either Add as the First Page or Add as the Last Page.

Click Save to complete.

Pro Tip: To clean up your contacts and avoid duplicate Companies, use the Merge Company feature to consolidate your contacts relating to the same Company.
