Auto-Sync Offline Data
To improve the experience with the Offline Sync feature, we’ve introduced Auto-Sync—a setting that automatically syncs all offline form data once you're back online.
To enable it, go to Account > Offline Sync > Auto-Sync, and toggle it on. Once enabled, any forms created while offline will be queued and synced automatically as soon as your device reconnects to the internet.

Records Filter for User Status
You can now filter by User Status when generating reports for records like expired certifications.
This enhancement ensures that only active users are included in your reports, eliminating unnecessary data from blocked users and making your reports more efficient and accurate.

📣 New Features and Improvements 📣
Multiple Filters for Select Component
You can now add filters to Select Components to display only the most relevant options based on your form's context, such as specific projects, users, or contacts. Combine multiple filters to tailor the list of options to your team's needs.
This new feature helps you reduce clutter, shorten option lists, and prevent confusion from irrelevant choices.
Material Tag and Specialization Added to Time Reports
You can now include "Material Tag" and "Specialization" (from user profiles) as columns in Time Center > Reports > Report Template Settings. This improvement offers more detailed tracking and reporting for material usage across your projects.
Web v3.10.8
📣 New Features and Improvements 📣
NEW Contact Groups
Introducing Contact Groups, a new way to organize multiple contacts and companies into a single group, making it easier to communicate across SiteMax modules like Submittals, Emails, and Punch Items.
We’ve renamed the “Crews” tab in the Team module to “Groups.”
Here, you’ll find both your existing Crews and the new Contact Groups feature. You can start by creating a Contact Group, then add Contacts or Companies to it. Once set up, simply select the Contact Group as a recipient in Submittals, Punch Items, or Emails for faster communication.

RFI/CO Recipients Crew
We’ve renamed the “External” Crew type to “RFI/CO Recipients” to better reflect its purpose.
This Crew type is designed to help you group Contacts with external user access, making it easy to send RFIs and Change Orders to the entire group at once.
Team Export Improvements
We’ve improved the Project Contact Export feature to give you more control and a cleaner output. You’ll now see a new export pop-up where you can choose to export the Project Team, Project Contacts, or both.
You can also customize the export by including or excluding specific project details such as the project number, name, address, start and end dates, OM/FM, site contact, and client.
Additionally, the PDF layout has been improved with a landscape orientation, larger fonts for better readability, formatted phone numbers, and added padding for clearer separation between sections. These updates make your exported documents more professional and easier to use.
Employee Number Column
We’ve updated the table layout in the Team module to include Employee Number as an optional column. You can now add it to your view to easily search, filter, and sort your team by Employee Number.
